Hemp is controlled and monitored by the State Excise Department (NDPS Act) and is subject to AYUSH Ministry regulations. This is to inform you about the procedure in India for producing hemp (medical cannabis/ vijaya) extract and hemp products.
The extraction, processing, handling, and packaging of the finished formulated product can only be done by organisations who have licences from the Ministry of Ayurveda, Narcotics, and Excise department. Hexorp has the required licenses & certificates to ensure your brand and it's products comply with all regulations from all departments that have any involvement with medical cannabis

How to Get Started with making your brand with Hexorp:
The client must provide us with the whole product formulation and all relevant information before we can start the procedure with the Ayush Department to include the product in our licence.
In order to start the procedure, the client must share/discuss with us the complete product formulation and all relevant information.
Sampling, formulation, and prototype development would all be done to create the finished product.
Following the prototype's approval, the product formulation will be submitted to the Ayush Department for inclusion on the Hexorp Nanotech production licence.
